Another tasty allergy product treat

I love soft cookies, love them. As someone who is coping with both gluten and dairy sensitivities, and is the parent of an allergic child, soft cookies could be the one snack that I miss the most. When I see other parents giving their child a nice cookie for a midmorning treat, I have often sighed - and given my child a piece of fruit leather. I'm always on the lookout for allergy products that taste good and fit in my child's diet.

Well, not any more! I now have a chewy soft cookie that my child can enjoy too.

This is only one of the six kinds of soft cookies that Enjoy Life makes. Each and every one is soft and delicious; I've taste-tested them all! Our personal favorite is the Snickerdoodles. (You have to love them just for the name alone!) However, each type of Enjoy Life cookies has something to offer the cookie connoisseur.
