Alpha Lipoderm by derma e
Advanced skin care allergy product
I have fallen in love with the skin allergy products from derma e. From what I can tell, there isn't a nasty chemical to be found in them, and yet they implement the latest innovations in skin care. These innovations are teamed up with healthy oils, antioxidants and vitamins, in formulations that glide easily on the skin.
The latest addition to my skin care routine is Alpha Lipoderm. This product is part of the moisturizer line, and is an antioxidant marvel. The idea is to protect your skin from free radical damage –- in other words, to help prevent the effects of aging. It uses both green tea and alpha lipoic acid to support the water-soluble and oil-soluble structures of the skin.
They call it an advanced repair complex - I can believe it.
Green tea may be beneficial to more than just your skin. It is also said to have anti-cancer properties. If you've been a sun lover as I have, this is more good news! And on top of that, this product is supposed to help with the reduction of lines, wrinkles, brown spots and large pores. Given that I'm now in my 40's, I'm excited by all of this.
I can only imagine how much better my skin would look if I'd started using this allergy product 10 years ago. In just a few weeks use, I'm seeing much clearer and softer skin. I'm not likely to get rid of the deep wrinkles that I have without a medical procedure of some kind, but I've certainly achieved noticeable improvements.
I've developed a twice-weekly ritual that is making a real difference with my skin. First, I use the microdermabrasion scrub when I'm getting in the shower. I use it on my skin dry, as it seems to give me a much better scrub. Then, I simply rinse with water. Once I get out of the shower, I put on my moisturizer. First, I use the Peptides Plus Wrinkle Reverse Serum. Then I follow up with the Alpha Lipoderm. My skin always feels soft and smooth and rejuvenated after this routine –- regardless if I was up during the night with my baby daughter or not!
