What is "Well Controlled" Asthma?

Well-controlled asthma is the objective of all patients who have asthma. Here is a list of criteria used by your physician:

There are also other objective breathing tests that you can have done regularly in your doctor's office. If your asthma is not well-controlled (according to the above list of criteria) see your doctor! A combination of therapies or a change in your therapy could make all the difference in your quality of life.
